Monitoring Evaluation and Learning & Implementation Quality

You will be working with trustea, an Indian sustainability standard and verification system for the tea sector. As a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) and Implementation Quality Manager/Dy Manager, your responsibilities will include: - Establishing the on-going monitoring and evaluation system with appropriate Logical Framework Approach (LFA). - Developing and supervising an on-going monitoring and evaluation strategy. - Ensuring the modification and updating of the M&E plan with improved information. - Providing support for management staff, programs, and donors in executing their M&E responsibilities. - Supporting the implementation of Key Performance Indicators and consolidating programmatic reports. - Managing and ensuring the accuracy and quality of monitoring data reported at all levels. - Mentoring and supervising all M&E related agencies/resources. - Conducting impact assessments to evaluate long-term effects on landscapes, livelihoods, and community well-being. - Identifying and implementing improvement opportunities from MEL reviews and reporting on the same. - Ensuring the impartiality of the M&E process to uphold the credibility of the reporting. Additionally, you should have the following qualifications and experiences: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Agricultural Sciences/Social Work with a minimum of 8 years of experience. - Experience in working on MEL systems with Development agencies, international donors, sustainability systems, or organizational MEL functions. - Fluent in English and proficiency in Microsoft Suite. - Preference for candidates with experience in tea or other agro-commodities.
