The role will focus on ensuring smooth loan processing, customer onboarding, compliance, documentation, and coordination across internal teams while maintaining operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor daily operational activities including loan processing, disbursement, repayments, and reconciliations. Ensure accurate verification of borrower and lender documentation as per company policies and regulatory requirements. Oversee customer onboarding and KYC processes in line with RBI P2P lending guidelines. Coordinate with credit, risk, technology, and finance teams for smooth operations.
