Job Overview: We are looking for a Technical Product Manager for our investments team with solid experience in facilitating the development of enterprise applications and experience in leading teams. This position forms part of an agile development team, building and working on enterprise-grade software systems on top of the Microsoft .NET development stack. The Technical Product Manager will provide technical and team leadership to our Investment team members. Attention to detail, structure and quality as well as mentorship are important aspects of this role. The Tech Lead role forms part of an agile development team, building and working on enterprise grade software systems on top of the Microsoft .NET development stack. The Tech Lead will provide technical and team leadership through coaching and mentorship Duties And Responsibilities Define user stories, tasks, and timelines that need to be carried out in line with assigned projects. Guide team development efforts towards successful and timely project delivery in line with the team sprint goal Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship Through daily stand-ups ensure that all team members are aware on the different areas team members are working upon Ensure knowledge of solutions under the responsibility of the team is extended across team members Escalate with HR and Head of Software when team members are not performing to agreed standards and levels Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
