Job Overview We are seeking a technically sound and process-oriented Moulding Department Incharge to oversee the full operations of our plastic moulding unit. The candidate should ensure smooth machine operations, proper manpower allocation, quality compliance, and optimal cycle times for all moulding machines. Key Responsibilities Production Planning & Execution Plan daily moulding schedules in alignment with FG demand Optimize machine loading and cycle time Maintain Day production vs target dashboards Manpower Management Supervise floor operators, setters, and helpers Assign duties, track attendance, and shift performance Process Control & Machine Handling Oversee mold changeovers and parameter setting Monitor machine breakdowns and coordinate with maintenance Quality Assurance Ensure all molded parts meet quality standards Reduce rejection and rework by preventive measures Inventory Coordination Monitor raw material (granules) and packaging usage Coordinate with store for daily requirement planning Reporting & Compliance Submit daily production and downtime reports Key Skills & Competencies Expertise in injection moulding machine operations Ability to interpret mould drawings and cycle optimization Hands-on knowledge of process parameters and troubleshooting Team leadership and ability to work under pressure Excel / MIS handling and basic ERP knowledge Qualifications Diploma / Degree in Plastic Engineering or Mechanical 5–8 years’ experience in injection moulding (preferably mop or household industry) Knowledge of branded machines (e.g., Haitian, Ferromatic) is an added advantage Personality Traits Strong leadership with problem-solving attitude Quality-focused and accountable Hands-on and proactive in shopfloor control Good communication and coordination skills Show more Show less
