Gender Male/Female Key Responsibilities: Design tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures using CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.). Collaborate with production and quality teams for design feasibility. Lead and guide junior engineers and toolmakers. Review and optimize designs for cost, quality, and performance. Resolve tooling issues and support shop floor implementation. Skill Requirement:: Strong CAD skills and understanding of machining processes. Knowledge of GDT, materials, and manufacturing techniques. Problem-solving ability and team coordination. Experience in mold/die design preferred. Qualification: Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical or Tool Engineering Experience 4-8 years experience Company culture We treat our employees as partners in growth.
