Module Lead – Gen AI & Full Stack Development - Goa

We are seeking a Module Lead – Gen AI & Full Stack Development to design and deliver intelligent, data-driven applications. The ideal candidate will blend strong architectural skills with hands-on expertise in AI/ML and modern full stack frameworks, leading technical initiatives and driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Integration: Design and implement solutions using Generative AI models (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, LLaMA, or similar).
• Full Stack Development: Build and maintain robust web applications using React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB or equivalent stacks.
• System Architecture: Define and optimize architecture for scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
• Problem Solving: Diagnose technical issues, provide long-term solutions, and improve system efficiency.
• Research & Innovation: Stay updated with AI trends, LLM capabilities, and emerging technologies to propose practical adoption strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams—Product, DevOps, Data, and QA—to ensure cohesive delivery.
• Mentorship: Guide team members, conduct code reviews, and uphold engineering excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB with clear architectural understanding.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks ( either of them e.g., LangChain, OpenAI API, Hugging Face etc).
• Knowledge of Python, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) will be added advantage
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
