Reports to: Business Head Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Modular Kitchen Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of modular kitchen products to potential clients. You will play a key role in identifying customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify and target potential customers (homeowners, contractors, interior designers, etc.). Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations of modular kitchen designs to prospective clients. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business. Customer Consultation & Solution Selling: Understand the customer's needs and provide customized solutions based on their budget, space, and style preferences. Assist customers in choosing materials, finishes, and configurations that best fit their requirements. Provide design recommendations and work with the design team to ensure seamless integration of the kitchen layout. Sales Negotiation & Closing: Prepare detailed price quotes and assist customers with financing options. Negotiate contracts and ensure that both the company and the client are satisfied with the terms and conditions. Close sales deals, ensuring that all relevant paperwork is completed accurately. Product Knowledge & Market Awareness: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in modular kitchen designs, materials, and technology. Attend training sessions to stay informed about product features and sales techniques. Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to suggest improvements to the product or sales strategies. Customer Service & After-Sales Support: Provide post-sale support to customers, addressing any concerns or issues with the product. Assist with the installation process and ensure that the customer experience is smooth and satisfactory. Collect feedback from clients to help improve products and services. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client communications in the CRM system. Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market conditions to management. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Graduate from any stream. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in modular kitchens, furniture, or related industries. Strong experience in B2C sales and relationship building. Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of modular kitchen products and design. Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering high-quality service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Other Requirements: Knowledge of CAD software and kitchen design tools is a plus. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits. A valid drivers license and access to a vehicle is preferred. Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience. Attractive commission structure.
