Position : Key Account Executive Modern Trade Company : Astral Adhesives Locations : Delhi & Mumbai Experience Required : 2-5 years in modern trade/key account management Industry Preference : Adhesives, FMCG, Paints, or related consumer product segments About the Role: Astral Adhesives is seeking a driven and commercially savvy Key Account Executive to manage modern trade operations in Delhi and Mumbai . The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with large format retail chains, managing promotions, visibility, sales targets , and inventory planning for adhesive product lines. Key Responsibilities: Modern Trade Sales & Growth: Manage relationships with key accounts , including national and regional modern trade chains. Drive sales, expand product placements, and implement promotional campaigns across modern trade outlets. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned regions. Retail Execution & Merchandising: Ensure visibility, planogram adherence , and stock availability at all modern trade counters. Coordinate with in-store promoters and field teams to maximize sales impact. Inventory & Order Management: Monitor secondary sales, forecast demand, and ensure timely replenishment. Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and distributors to ensure smooth deliveries and inventory control. Promotions & Data Reporting: Execute promotional activities in alignment with marketing teams. Track sales performance, analyze sell-out data, and report key metrics to senior management. Key Skills & Attributes: Experience in modern trade, large retail chains , or organized B2C sales Strong negotiation and relationship management skills Analytical skills for sales tracking, forecasting, and market analysis Good understanding of adhesives, FMCG, or consumer durable products Proficiency in MS Excel , reporting tools, and retail execution software Qualifications: Graduation in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred) 2-5 years of relevant experience in Modern Trade sales or Key Account Management Apply Now: Send your resume to ramesh.chaudhary@astralltd.com or reach out via WhatsApp at 8353912032
