Modeling Engineer - SysML / UML / Python

Modeling Engineer

Key Responsibilities

System Modeling:
Create and maintain system models using
SysML or UML
.
Software Architecture:
Design and develop software architecture for complex systems.
Automation and CI/CD:
Implement automation and continuous integration using tools like Enterprise Architect, C4, or UML-based alternatives.
Python Scripting:
Write Python scripts for automation and testing.
Test Case Development:
Develop and execute
pytest
test cases.
Agile Development:
Work in agile development environments and use version control systems like
Git
.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with firmware engineers and other stakeholders to ensure system integrity.
Technical Documentation:
Create clear and concise technical documentation.

Required Skills and Experience

3-6 years of experience
in systems engineering or software development.
Proficiency in
system modeling languages (SysML or UML)
.
Hands-on experience with
software architecture and development
.
Knowledge of
Modeling according to IFX-methodology and model-documentation
.
Experience with
Linux
.
Proficiency in
Python programming language
.
Strong understanding of
software development life cycles and methodologies
.
Experience with testing frameworks like
pytest
.
Familiarity with tools like
Enterprise Architect, C4, or UML-based alternatives
.
Knowledge of version control systems like
Git
.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
