Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Merchandiser located in Unnao. The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing marketing and client follow up operations, building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating with sales and marketing teams to drive growth, and overseeing the presentation and distribution of products. The role involves liaising with various teams to ensure timely production and delivery while meeting client expectations. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders Experience in Sales and leather accessories to drive product placement and fulfillment Knowledge of Marketing techniques to support product promotion and customer engagement Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment Proficiency in industry-specific tools or software is a plus Familiarity with leather goods production or prior experience in a similar industry is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
