Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Finance Manager based in Chikalim - Sansoale, South Goa. The Senior Finance Manager will oversee all aspects of financial planning, budget management, and compliance monitoring. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, analyzing data to support decision-making, managing cash flow, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. The role will also involve leading a team, streamlining financial operations, and working closely with senior leadership to align financial strategies with organizational goals. Qualifications Strong proficiency in financial planning, budget management, and cash flow analysis Expertise in financial reporting, data analysis, and compliance monitoring Leadership and team management skills to guide financial teams Proficiency in using financial software and tools, with attention to detail Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making abilities Experience in the maritime or manufacturing industry is advantageous Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or similar qualifications are a plus
