At SAATHIYA, The Hospitality Skilling Academy, we are looking to hire a profile who can play dual role of Mobilizer and Lady Warden. She will be responsible for counselling & mobilizing the students who are interested to take up the career in Hotel Industry. Also, she will be taking care of the well-being of students who stay in hostel. Job Description is provided below.

Purpose of the job

Key Accountabilities/Duties & Responsibilities

• Building New Partnerships (NGO, Colleges, Institutions, Govt Bodies etc) & mapping potential regions and communities suitable for mobilization in the identified locations
• Responsible for sourcing the candidates as per SAATHIYA criteria.
• She will be specifically responsible for counselling & mobilizing the trainees in the areas assigned by Operations Head and coordinate the Programs as instructed.
• She shall generate awareness about the training program, involving community and family during mobilization to ensure quality enrolment.
• Ensure the proper document collection for the candidates sourced
• Ensure the Sourcing life cycle starting from sourcing coordination to interview level to selection level announcement to joining level to document submission level.
• Support Skilling Centers administrative Operations including faculty support and back-up warden role

Essential Qualification

Mandatory Skills/ Competencies

Academic: Any Degree (Preferably BSW or MSW Graduate)

Professional: Having worked in a Skill Projects implementation or NGO work experience background for min 1 year)

Flair to work in Skill Development sector

Work on target and reach the desired targets on time

Ability to get connected with social community and Ability to influence

for Sourcing

Tie up with NGO & Community Based Organizations for Sourcing Support

Location : Bangalore.

Salary : As per experience, capabilities and market driven
