Valeur has extensive experience in conducting livelihood generation programs in North-East India across 17 sectors. The company empowers unemployed youth by providing skill acquisition opportunities, financial knowledge, market connectivity, and micro-finance assistance. Valeur has trained over 130,000 individuals in the North-East in the last 18 months and has been recognized as a leading training partner in various government initiatives.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hazaribag. The Mobiliser Executive will be responsible for coordinating and organizing skill training programs, mobilizing and enrolling participants, and establishing connections with local communities. Daily tasks include liaising with stakeholders, tracking participant progress, facilitating sessions, and providing support to ensure successful training outcomes. The Mobiliser Executive will also work to create awareness about the programs and drive participation.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities
• Experience in community mobilization and participant engagement
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Understanding of vocational training and skill development programs
• Willingness to travel and work on-site in Hazaribag
• Proficiency in local languages is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, or related field is preferred
