Mobile Platform Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Mobile Platform Engineer with 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing innovative mobile solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Intune, Entra, Entra conditional access, Mobile Device and Application Management, and a thorough understanding of its design and architecture. ### Roles and Responsibility Design, test, and implement new mobile products and services that meet quality and security standards. Proactively suggest and drive the implementation of new ideas and solutions. Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and Technical Lead to align on project goals and execution. Contribute to the development of the Mobile Roadmap and actively participate in its implementation. Manage Intune policies and configurations to maintain a secure mobile platform. Serve as the last line of support, troubleshooting and resolving issues that exceed the capabilities of the support organization. Work with colleagues and customers globally, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across different time zones. ### Job Requirements Strong analytical skills in managing large user bases, particularly in mobile applications and services. Ability to conceptualize innovative solutions that add value to end users. Self-starter mentality with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly. Strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and tact to foster collaboration with colleagues and customers across diverse cultural backgrounds. Clear and concise documentation skills, ensuring all processes, solutions, and communications are well-documented for future reference. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks. Experience working proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with the latest trends in mobile technology. Ability to work UK working hours.
