Role purpose

We’re building software that powers real-world field operations—shift planning, activity capture, and team coordination. We’re hiring an engineer who can move fast in Flutter and Laravel, turning product needs into reliable releases users feel immediately.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end features in Flutter (from prototype to store release).
• Design, implement, and iterate Laravel REST endpoints and integrations.
• Keep mobile–API contracts stable, documented, and versioned.
• Maintain quality via self-testing, code reviews, and runtime monitoring.
• Collaborate asynchronously across time zones; contribute to planning and retros.

You’ll thrive if you have

• Shipped apps built with Flutter (Dart) to the stores.
• Solid Laravel/PHP for API design, auth, and data modeling.
• Working fluency with MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Daily comfort with Git/GitHub workflows.
• A Mac for iOS builds (TestFlight/App Store).
• Clear professional English and the ability to work autonomously.

Nice to have

• Exposure to AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar cloud platforms.
• Hands-on CI/CD for mobile and PHP services.
