What You'll Do:

mobile application using Flutter

• Contribute to enhancing the user experience and functionality of the Beyond Mood Journal mobile application.

• Collaborate closely with other engineers, designers, and stakeholders to define and implement product requirements.

• Quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies as needed to solve problems.

• Take initiative to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Solid understanding of software development principles.

Strong foundational skills and/or relevant experience in mobile application development, especially with Flutter

• Proven experience in software development is beneficial, but strong foundational skills and the ability to learn quickly are essential.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Bonus Points:

Experience or strong interest in backend API development, with familiarity in technologies like NestJS

• Experience with other components of our tech stack (Next.js, Python, Prisma ORM, Firebase, Mongo, Google Vertex AI).

• Contributions to open-source projects or personal side projects showcasing relevant skills.

• A genuine interest in mental wellness, self-help tools, or emotional health.
