Job Description: Position : Mobile Lead (Sr. Manager) Experience : 10-15 Years Location : [Noida/Gurgaon] Employment Type : Full-time About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Mobile Lead with 10-15 years of experience in Mobile App Development (React Native + iOS) and corresponding backend development. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Mobile Native Development and React Native app development, backend technologies (Python/Flask), and a keen eye for Mobile UX design (with various form factors) principles. He will play a critical role in leading the team building and maintaining user-friendly mobile applications that solve some of the most complex problems in life sciences commercial domain and build experiences which can engage reps in much more meaningful ways. Should be hands on with Mobile development and have experience working in global teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain robust, high-performance mobile applications using React Native and Native platforms (iOS). Design and implement backend systems using Python / Flask , ensuring seamless integration with mobile applications (Good to have) Work with JSON APIs to enable data exchange between Mobile client and backend servers. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-centric designs. Write clean, scalable, and reusable code following best practices. Optimize applications for maximum performance, speed, and scalability. Debug and resolve application issues, ensuring smooth functionality. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in mobile app development and backend systems. Experience building mobile interfaces with GenAI tools and technologies. Required Skills and Qualifications Mobile Development : Proficiency in React Native and at least one native mobile development platform iOS. Backend Development : Strong knowledge of Python , Flask , and RESTful API design. API Integration : Experience working with JSON and integrating APIs. UX Design Principles : Understanding of user experience design to build intuitive interfaces. Version Control : Proficiency in Git and familiarity with modern development workflows. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and debugging skills to tackle technical challenges. Communication : Ability to work in cross-functional teams with clear and effective communication. Preferred Skills Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure. Knowledge of database systems (SQL/NoSQL). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
