Role Overview

We're looking for a Flutter Mobile App Developer who can build high-quality, visually polished experiences across Android and iOS.You will work closely with design, product, and backend teams to bring complex financial workflows to life with a smooth, responsive UI.This role is ideal for someone coming from B2C product companies and who thrives in a fast-paced, PMF-stage environment.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain BON's Flutter mobile applicationImplement pixel-perfect UI/UX and animation-rich screensDevelop complex custom UI components and responsive layoutsIntegrate REST APIs across all app flowsEnsure smooth performance, low crash rates, and reliable releasesDebug, profile, and optimize app performanceManage releases on the Play Store and App StoreCollaborate with design, product, and backend teams to ship features quickly

Requirements

13 years of experience in Flutter developmentPublished at least one app on Android/iOS storesStrong experience with complex UI, animations, and custom widgetsHands-on experience integrating REST APIsGood understanding of mobile architecture and performance optimizationFamiliarity with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Crashlytics, Analytics)Comfortable working with Node.js/TypeScript backend APIs (integration only)Adaptable, ownership-driven, and comfortable in an early-stage, fast-iteration environment
