Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure data quality and integrity.Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models for performance and scalability.Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies.Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.7+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, and Python programming.Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and SQL.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.Preferred Skills:Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.Experience with deep learning frameworks and tools.Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
