Requirements The ML Ops Engineer ensures that our machine learning models are seamlessly integrated, deployed, and maintained in production environments. This role is critical for bridging the gap between data science and operations, ensuring smooth, continuous delivery of AI solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Deployment Pipelines: Design and manage robust CI/CD pipelines specific to AI and machine learning projects. - Monitoring Maintenance: Implement comprehensive monitoring systems to track model performance, manage versions, and enable rapid rollback if necessary. - Automation: Develop automation tools to streamline model deployment, scaling, and resource management in cloud environments. - Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists and developers to integrate models into production systems efficiently. - Optimization: Continuously improve operational processes to reduce downtime and improve model responsiveness. Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in DevOps or ML Ops with a focus on AI-enabled products. - Strong proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). - Deep understanding of CI/CD best practices and automation frameworks. - Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
