MIS Specialist

Job Description

The Senior Executive for MIS is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's overall MIS, with a focus on driving performance improvements across warehousing, logistics, and transportation functions. Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing comprehensive performance management frameworks, including KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for warehousing, courier/logistics, and transportation operations. Leveraging data analytics tools like Power BI, Google Studio, and advanced Excel to generate insights and drive data-driven decision making. Integrating and optimizing enterprise systems like SAP and Vinculum to streamline information flows and boost operational efficiencies. Collaborating cross-functionally to identify areas for improvement and spearhead process optimization initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Performance Management: Design and deploy end-to-end performance management systems, including KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards, to track the efficiency and effectiveness of warehousing, courier/logistics, and transportation operations. Collaborate with functional heads to set and monitor realistic, data-driven performance targets. Data Analytics and Reporting: Leverage advanced data analysis tools like Power BI, Google Studio, and Excel to generate comprehensive, insightful reports for senior management. Develop interactive dashboards to provide real-time visibility into operational metrics and support data-driven decision making. Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of data used for analysis and reporting. Enterprise System Integration: Oversee the integration and optimization of enterprise systems like SAP and Vinculum to streamline information flows and enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with IT teams to identify areas for system improvements and spearhead the implementation of technological solutions.
