MIS / Reporting Executive - AI/ML Learning Lab

This position is part of our CSR-funded AI/ML Learning Lab, the MIS / Reporting Executive will ensure smooth data management, reporting accuracy, and performance monitoring for all project activities.

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized MIS / Reporting Executive to manage data collection, documentation, reporting, and analysis for the AI/ML Learning Lab. The role involves maintaining dashboards, tracking key project metrics, ensuring NSDC/CSR reporting compliance, and supporting operational monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update all project-related data, records, and student databases.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, dashboards, and MIS updates.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as admissions, attendance, assessment scores, and placement progress.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with NSDC/CSR reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with trainers, Centre In-Charge, and Placement Officer for data inputs.
• Assist in audits, verification processes, and submission of required documents.
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain digital filing systems, certificates, and documentation repositories.
• Support centre operations through timely monitoring and reporting updates.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any field (Commerce / Computer Applications / Data-related fields preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and data management tools.
• Experience in MIS, reporting, documentation, or administrative roles (1-3 years preferred).
• Ability to prepare dashboards, analyze data, and maintain structured reports.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with multiple teams for data coordination.
• Knowledge of basic analytics or reporting automation tools(Preferred).
• Familiarity with student management systems or LMS platforms(Preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
