MIS Executive – Jewellery Business

Role Objective

To manage and analyze data related to sales, inventory, customer schemes, and financial performance across jewellery showrooms and provide timely reports for management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Data

Prepare daily, weekly, monthly sales MIS reports (per showroom, branch, counter, sales staff).

Track billing patterns, customer walk-ins, conversions, and scheme redemptions.

Monitor average ticket size, product category-wise sales (gold, diamond, silver, platinum, watches, etc.).

Stock & Inventory

Maintain records of stock movement (in/out), stock ageing, damaged/returned items.

Generate daily stock position reports for each branch.

Track SKU-wise sales & profitability.

Gold Rate & Pricing

Update daily gold rate reports.

Monitor variance between standard price vs sales price.

Scheme & Advance Collection

Track gold schemes / chit schemes collections and redemption status.

Monitor advance customer payments and generate pending settlement reports.

Financial & HR Reports

Support accounts team in preparing P&L-related MIS (sales vs expenses).

Prepare employee attendance, sales performance & incentive reports.

Management Dashboards

Develop branch-wise dashboards showing sales, stock, and scheme performance.

Highlight deviations and alerts (slow-moving stock, negative sales trends, scheme lapses).

Coordination

Liaise with Branch Managers, Sales Executives, Accounts, and HR for data accuracy.

Support senior management in audit, compliance, and business review meetings.

Skills Required

Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, IF, Dashboard creation, Macros preferred).

Knowledge of jewellery billing/ERP systems (e.g., Jilaba, Logic, Retail Pro, Tally).

Analytical mindset to interpret sales/stock data.

Good communication to coordinate with branch staff & management.

Basic finance/accounting knowledge.

Qualification

Graduate in B.Com / BBA / MBA / Data Analytics.

Certification in Advanced Excel / Power BI / MIS reporting is an added adva

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
