Job Title: MIS Reporting Executive – FIBC Manufacturing Location: Tumkur, Karnataka Experience: 5+ years in Manufacturing/Factory Environment Qualification: Any Graduate Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented MIS Reporting Executive to join our FIBC manufacturing company in Tumkur. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in manufacturing or factory operations and be proficient in data analysis, reporting, and presentation using advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools. Key Responsibilities: Collect, compile, and analyze production, sales, inventory, and operational data from various departments to prepare insightful reports. Develop and maintain MIS dashboards, charts, graphs, Gantt charts, and analytical reports for senior management. Create smart sheets using macros and complex Excel formulas to enhance reporting efficiency. Prepare presentations for management review meetings and highlight key performance metrics. Track and monitor KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive process improvements. Collaborate with various departments (Production, Quality, Sales, etc.) to gather accurate and relevant data. Ensure timely preparation and submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Continuously enhance reporting processes by implementing new tools and techniques. Key Skills & Competencies: Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Macros, Charts), PowerPoint, and data analytics tools. Presentation Skills: Ability to create professional presentations with charts, graphs, and structured reports. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data handling and reporting. Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Time Management: Efficient in meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks. Preferred: Knowledge of ERP systems and data extraction tools.
