We specialize in corrosion protection that enhance the longevity of surfaces and equipment.Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual looking to kick-start a career in technical sales. The primary responsibility is to generate leads, build customer relationships, and drive sales of our protective coatings solutions. Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial, Protective & Marine sectors.Conduct cold calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate leads and schedule meetings.Build relationships with Fabricators , contractors, engineers, facility managers, and purchasing managers.Present and demonstrate the benefits of our protective coatings to potential clients.Work closely with senior sales representatives and technical teams to provide customized solutions for clients.Negotiate pricing, prepare quotations, and close sales deals.Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.Keep track of market trends and competitor activity to improve sales strategies Role & responsibilities Requirements:Bachelors degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).0-2 years of sales experience (experience in coatings, paints, or industrial products is a plus).Strong communication and negotiation skills.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.Ability to travel within the assigned territory.Basic understanding of protective coatings, paint applications, or industrial materials (training will be provided).What We Offer:Competitive base salary + commission.Comprehensive training on protective coatings and sales techniques.Career growth opportunities within a fast-growing Multinational company.Travel and expense reimbursements.Supportive team environment and mentorship from senior sales professionals Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
