Mis Executive

Position:

Role Overview

The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting business data to support operations and sales functions. This role involves creating dashboards, maintaining data accuracy, preparing performance reports, and assisting management with insights for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain

  daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

  , including sales metrics, lead performance, and operational analytics.
• Collect, clean, and analyze data from CRM, Excel sheets, and internal systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Build and update

  dashboards

  using Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools (Power BI / Tableau).
• Track KPIs, highlight variances, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, HR, and finance teams to streamline the flow of data and reporting.
• Maintain CRM databases, perform data cleanup, and ensure proper data formatting.
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks using advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros (optional), and visualization tools.
• Support management with

  ad-hoc data analysis

  and customized reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree (BBA, BCom, BCA, BSc preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in MIS, data analytics, or reporting.
• Strong proficiency in

  Advanced Excel

  (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, Charts).
• Working knowledge of

  Power BI, Tableau, or basic SQL

  is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of CRM systems and data management.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and time management.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
