MIS Executive

Job Summary:

The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting business data to support decision-making across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and technical skills, hands-on experience with data management tools, and the ability to create accurate and insightful reports for management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various business functions
• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting systems.
• Automate reporting processes using Excel macros, Power Query, or BI tools to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver custom reports.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends and performance metrics.
• Manage and maintain large data sets using Excel, SQL, or database management tools.
• Monitor KPIs and business performance indicators; identify variances and anomalies.
• Support management in strategic planning and performance review meetings with relevant data.
• Maintain confidentiality and data security standards in handling business information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in MIS, Data Analysis, or Business Reporting roles.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced Formulas, Pivot Tables, Macros, VBA).
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI/reporting tools preferred.
• Excellent analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
• Good communication and coordination skills to work with multiple departments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
