Job Summary As a Quotation Specialist, you will play a key role in preparing accurate, competitive, and customised quotations that align with our client requirements and company standards. Engage with clients to understand their requirements, and collaborate with sales and procurement teams to efficiently deliver quotations within the established timelines. Core Responsibilities Review and understand client inquiries and requirements to prepare accurate and competitive quotations that meet their needs. Prepare and customize quotations according to the unique requirements and preferences of each client. Assist the sales team in negotiations by providing insights and clarifications on the quotation details. Collaborate with the sales and procurement teams to ensure all quotations are accurate, comprehensive, and reflect the correct pricing, terms, and product specifications Maintain an organized database of all quotations for easy retrieval and reference. What We Are Looking For We are seeking a dynamic individual with a keen eye for detail to manage and maintain an organised database of quotations, ensuring accuracy in pricing and product specifications. The ideal candidate will also support the sales team during negotiations by providing valuable insights and clarifications. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and exceptional organisational abilities are essential for success in this role. Essential Skills & Experience Education Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Experience 0-2 years of experience in procurement. Proven experience in preparing and managing quotations, preferably in the hospitality industry. Technical Skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Ability to understand and interpret client requirements and translate them into accurate quotations. Expertise in advanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to address client needs.
