1*.Data Management & Reporting*: Collect, validate, and analyze data; prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports; create dashboards and automated reports using Excel/BI tools; ensure data accuracy and consistency.

3.Process Improvement & Automation: Identify reporting gaps; streamline data flow; implement automation to enhance reporting efficiency.
4.Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with all department and management to understand reporting needs; provide data insights for strategic decisions; train staff on MIS tools.
5.Compliance & Documentation: Maintain documentation for data sources, templates, and workflows; ensure data security and adherence to company policies.
6.Skills & Qualifications: Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, dashboards); analytical mindset; attention to detail; good communication skills.
7.Data security: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security, and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
8.Technical Skill - MS Office, Pivot Table, V Lookup, Data analysis etc.
9.Leadesrship & Communication - Strong leadership abilities, communication skills, and the capacity to train and supervise junior staff
10.Data Security & Compliance: Implementing security measures to protect sensitive data from breaches and ensuring compliance with relevant data protection laws and internal policies.
