Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive MIS reports to support strategic decision-making.
Analyze data trends and operational metrics to identify business performance enhancements.
Coordinate with various departments to gather and validate data, ensuring accuracy in reporting.
Create and maintain interactive dashboards and performance tracking tools.
Manage data consolidation and perform regular audits to uphold data integrity.
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline reporting procedures.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field.
Proven experience in MIS reporting and data management.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
Basic knowledge of SQL and database management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail.

Preferred

Experience with ERP systems and MIS software applications.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site environment.
