Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Data Management: - Collect, analyze, and maintain data from various sources to ensure accuracy

and completeness. - Develop and implement data validation and quality control processes. - Organize
and store data efficiently for easy retrieval and reporting.

Reporting and Analysis: - Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data visualizations

to assist management in decision-making. - Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends,
anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. - Translate complex data into understandableinsights and recommendations.

Database Management: - Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity and security. -

Monitor database performance and optimize query performance for efficiency.

Process Improvement: - Identify opportunities to streamline data management processes and

improve efficiency. - Propose and implement automation solutions to reduce manual data entry and
processing.

Documentation: - Create and maintain documentation related to data processes, reports, and

procedures. - Ensure that data handling procedures comply with data privacy regulations.

Training and Support: - Provide training and support to end-users on MIS tools and systems. -

Assist colleagues in interpreting and using data for their specific needs.
Experience: 3-5 YearsQualifications: - - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. - Proven experience in MIS or data management roles. - Proficiency in creating data analysis andvisualization tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, JavaScript & App Script). - Excellent Knowledge of Advance Excel & Google Sheets - Should know, VLOOKUP, H-lookup, Pivot Tables &, if possible, Macros. - Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. - Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications: -Master's degree in a relevant field. - Certification in MIS or related fields. - Knowledge ofprogramming languages (e.g., Python).Skills: tableau,power bi,google sheets,sql,appscript
