Job Description

Graduate / Postgraduate in Computer Science, IT, or any relevant field Prepare, maintain, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports across departments. Develop automation solutions and dashboards using Google App Script and JavaScript to streamline reporting processes. Utilize Advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, Conditional Formatting, etc.) for detailed data analysis and report generation. Integrate data from multiple sources (ERP, HRMS, Google Sheets, etc.) for consolidated management reports. Maintain and improve existing reporting tools and automate manual processes to enhance efficiency. Collaborate with various departments to understand data requirements and deliver customized MIS reports. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of all MIS data and reports. Support management in data interpretation, trend analysis, and performance tracking. Troubleshoot data discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Required Skills & Competencies:Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (Macros, VBA preferred). Hands-on experience in Google App Script and JavaScript for automation and custom script development. Good understanding of data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Power BI, or similar). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage large data sets with accuracy and efficiency. Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
