Job Summary:

The MIS Executive is responsible for preparing, maintaining, and analyzing data reports to support management in decision-making. The role requires strong expertise in Advanced Excel and data management to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and effectiveness of reports and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from various departments.
• Use Advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Macros, etc.) for data analysis and automation.
• Generate dashboards and performance reports for different business operations.
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain databases regularly.
• Support management in data-driven decision-making through insights and trend analysis.
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure timely data updates and report submissions.
• Prepare presentations, summaries, and analytics for management meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure secure handling of organizational data.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced level) — Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros, Charts, and Dashboard creation.
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
