Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Management:
- Collect, organize, and maintain large datasets from various sources.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
2. Reporting and Analysis:
- Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data insights.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
3. Business Intelligence:
- Support business decisions by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with departments to understand data requirements and develop solutions.
4. System Administration:
- Manage and maintain MIS systems, tools, and software.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth system operations.
5. Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to users on MIS systems and tools.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Experience: 2-5 years in MIS, data analysis, or related roles.
3. Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
4. Nice to Have:
- Certification in data analysis or related fields.
- Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL).
- Knowledge of database management systems.
