Job Description

Position: MIS Executive
Experience: 2–4 years
Location: Baner, Pune (Work from Office)

Male Candidates preferred to maintain the diversity in team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare timely and accurate MIS reports and dashboards as required by stakeholders.
Collaborate with management, internal teams, and clients to understand business information needs.
Ensure all reports and dashboards are delivered as per stakeholder requirements and frequency (weekly/monthly/quarterly).
Review reports with the MIS Team Lead to ensure 100% accuracy before release.
Track and follow up with stakeholders for timely updates on key parameters (e.g., SLA metrics, run-rate).
Generate account-level reports (billable and non-billable) covering forecasting, scheduling, and performance against SLAs, CSAT, and quality.
Maintain compliance with data security and audit requirements.
Support automation, process improvements, and adoption of reporting tools and systems.
Assist the manager with new initiatives to improve productivity and reporting efficiency.
Enhance analytical and statistical understanding to improve data insights and report quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
