Job Description

Manage and maintain accurate and reliable data across various business verticals Ensure data is regularly updated and aligned with business goals. Analyse large datasets from different business functions to extract valuable insights. Create and deliver Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports tailored to the specific needs of each business unit. Use Advanced Excel , VBA , and other tools to generate reports that aid decision-making. Oversee the maintenance and optimization of internal systems, tools, and software used for data management. Continuously improve data processes to ensure efficiency and system reliability. Identify opportunities for process improvements that will enhance operational efficiency across all entities. Develop and implement solutions to resolve any data issues, system bottlenecks, or inefficiencies. Liaise with various departments to understand business requirements and ensure alignment with technology solutions. Communicate data insights effectively to internal teams providing clear presentations with summary tables, graphs , and explanatory notes . Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all required reports as per internal business needs. Work closely with teams to ensure the accuracy and relevance of data presented. Key Skills & Qualifications: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts, graphs, and advanced functions). Hands-on experience with VBA to automate processes and improve reporting efficiency. Familiarity with MS PowerPoint for creating clear, visually appealing presentations. Strong ability to interpret and analyse large datasets to generate actionable insights for business improvement. Critical thinking skills to identify problems and propose effective solutions. Ability to ensure data accuracy and reliability, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings to both internal teams and external clients effectively. Ability to explain complex data insights clearly and concisely. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and liaise with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
