Job Description

Overall goals / Typical measures Customer External Understand customer report requirements along with line manager or individually. Do detailed study on feasibility in terms of reports, formats, output and efforts that will go in carrying out the activity. Standardise & sign off new requirements. Prepare reports as per agreed formats and share with customer at agreed frequency. He/ She must understand the data being worked on to do analysis and highlight any area of concern. Act responsibly. Can be counted on to keep commitments. Complies with the intent of policies, procedures and agreements. Builds others' trust in own professionalism, integrity, expertise and ability to get results. Ensure customer expectations are met thus leading to overall customer satisfaction. Service Excellence KPIs Data Analytics for business decisions. Maintain hygiene and provide visibility. KPI tracking & health of the project. Stakeholder Internal He/ She will be responsible for timely & accurate data reporting for all the division/areas of work. The candidate should work on standardizing various reports with similar data shared across all divisions/ areas of work. Add value in doing analysis, bring in ideas for improvement, and highlight outliers through MIS & reports. Prepare monthly deck and monthly meet presentations. Responsible for sharing the order trend details, productivity of the team members on a weekly & Monthly basis & highlighting outliers. Maintain trend & data tracking of volumes. Provide additional reports or cater to additional data as and when required. Be updated on changing numbers & trends. Keep track of volumes. Controls, Analysis for improvements in performance & productivity. Process Ensure compliance to Business rules Adhere and follow PTQ First Choice practice, guidelines. Follow and adhere to processes & exception SOPs Provide both verbal & written information in a timely, clear & concise manner. Provide deviations information to line manager, share queries/ suggestions during new process development, adherence. Maintain records as necessary as process / audits or as explained. Compliance, controls and adherence. People - Management MIS Executive may not have any direct reportees under them. However, he/she must be able to act as a good team player and support team activities. Must take full responsibility of work handled. Working towards common goal. Supporting team to have visibility on data & performance. Key capabilities The candidate is required to have excellent working knowledge of computers and MS office like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc The candidate must have excellent knowledge of Excel knowing basic & advance functions & formulas. Knowing Macros and BI tools will be an added advantage. Good analytical skills. Accuracy in publishing numbers and data. Should have good experience of using the SAP system to generate required reports.( SD) (sales & Distribution module) Excellent customer-facing and interaction skills Excellent English communication skills, spoken and written Should be able to set examples for others through his/her efficient work management skills. Flexible in working for any shifts including night shift (if required). Ability to handle high work volumes and multi-tasking, good grasping power. Flexible in handling other operational entries/functions.
