Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced MIS Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks.
Coordinate with dispatch, sales, and purchase departments for smooth operations.
Prepare and analyze MIS reports to inform business decisions.
Develop and implement effective documentation processes.
Perform punching and billing tasks as required.

Job Requirements

Good knowledge of Advance Excel and MIS systems.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in handling customer complaints and providing support.
Familiarity with office executive roles and responsibilities.
Qualification: Other Bachelor Degree.
Industry: Sales & Marketing / Business Development / Telecaller.
