Joshi Marg, Lower Parel, Mumbai – 400013, Maharashtra, India Job Type: Full-time Reporting To: Marketing Head, Kansai Nerolac Paints Job Overview We are looking for a proactive MIS Coordinator to support data reporting and assist in the execution and monitoring of various projects across India. This role involves managing reports, analyzing data, and ensuring smooth coordination of tasks across regional teams. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to work independently, and also excels in collaborating effectively within a team. Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage MIS reports and dashboards for internal and client use. Track project activities, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure data accuracy and generate actionable insights from reports. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Support project documentation and reporting. Monitor and escalate any data-related issues or discrepancies. Maintain process documentation and ensure compliance. Assist with budget tracking and resource allocation. Automate reporting processes and data handling tasks for efficiency. Requirements Bachelor’s degree; 4+ years in MIS coordination. Advanced Excel skills, including advanced Excel functions and Power Queries . Experience in automation of tasks and reporting processes. Proficient in dashboard creation and data visualization tools. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Self-motivated , with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
