Job Summary:

Clini Launch is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Analyst to join our growing team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining management information systems, generating actionable reports, and providing data-driven insights to support business operations and strategic planning. The candidate should also be capable of leading a small team and fostering a data-focused culture across departments.

Key Responsibilities:MIS Reporting & Data Management:

• Design, implement, and manage automated and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to support business operations and decision-making.
• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze large data sets from multiple internal and external sources.
• Track and maintain KPIs, performance metrics, and operational data for departments such as sales, training, and operations.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.

Business Insights & Analysis:

• Provide meaningful analysis and business insights based on MIS reports.
• Support various teams (product, marketing, operations) with customized data solutions for strategic initiatives.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities through thorough data exploration.
• Contribute to business planning, forecasting, and strategic modeling using real-time MIS data.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Mentor and guide junior analysts or interns within the team.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure reporting needs are met.
• Drive data literacy and foster a data-driven decision-making culture across departments.
• Continuously optimize data reporting processes and systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in MIS reporting or data analysis roles, preferably in the EdTech or healthcare domain.
• Proficient in tools such as Excel (advanced), SQL, and visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau.
• Solid understanding of KPIs, business performance metrics, and reporting frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
