Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesman based in Kolkata. The Salesman will engage with customers, explain product benefits, and close sales transactions. The role includes maintaining excellent distributor and retailer relations, meeting sales targets, providing insights for market trends, and handling queries about Mirup Udyog's range of products. The candidate should also be willing to work directly with clients and contribute to promoting the company’s vision and products. Qualifications Proven sales ability, communication, and negotiation skills Experience in diatributor and retailer relationship management and client engagement Understanding of sales processes and the ability to meet targets Knowledge of the incense or FMCG industry is preferred but not mandatory Ability to work independently and in a team setting Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset High school diploma or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage
