Role Overview We are seeking a Manager Demand Generation to lead and execute high-impact campaigns for PC portfolio . This role will be responsible for planning, strategizing, and driving end-to-end demand generation initiatives that deliver measurable pipeline growth. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of strategic thinking, campaign execution, data-driven decision-making, and team leadership . Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Planning Design and execute integrated demand generation campaigns for PCs across target markets. Develop multi-channel strategies (email, LinkedIn, calling, events, and digital campaigns) to generate high-quality leads. Align campaigns with Global PC business objectives, sales goals, and quarterly pipeline targets. Execution & Management Lead a dedicated team of demand generation specialists to deliver BANT+ qualified leads . Manage prospect databases, ensuring data hygiene and segmentation for precise targeting. Oversee outbound campaigns including eDM marketing, social outreach, and nurture flows. Collaboration & Alignment Work closely with client sales and marketing teams to align on campaign objectives, messaging, and lead qualification criteria. Coordinate with internal MINS teams (marketing ops, data enrichment, and lead qualification) to ensure campaign efficiency. Performance Tracking & Reporting Monitor key performance metrics (leads generated, conversion rates, cost per lead, ROI). Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign progress and outcomes. Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights and industry best practices. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 58 years of experience in demand generation, lead generation, or B2B marketing (technology sector preferred). Proven track record of delivering high-quality BANT/SQL leads and driving pipeline growth. Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing (email, LinkedIn, events, voice, and digital). Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Zoho, or equivalents). Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns using KPIs and metrics.
