Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Associate at Minnal & Minnal, located in Chennai. The Junior Associate will assist in legal research, drafting, and preparing legal documents and contracts. The day-to-day responsibilities include providing support in legal analysis, collaborating within the team to manage litigation and dispute resolution, and liaising with clients to address their legal requirements. The Junior Associate will also play a vital role in supporting intellectual property cases and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. Qualifications Strong skills in Legal Research, Legal Drafting, and Statutory Analysis. Experience with Contract Drafting, Corporate Law, and Regulatory Compliance. Familiarity with Litigation, Dispute Resolution, and Advocacy practices. Proficiency in handling Intellectual Property-related matters, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights. Effective Communication, Attention to Detail, and Problem-Solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and manage multiple priorities. Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB); enrollment with the Bar Council is required. Prior experience or internships in a legal firm or corporate legal department is an advantage. Enthusiasm to work in a dynamic and deadline-driven environment.
