Location: Northeast Goa Roles: 👨‍🍳 Italian Cuisine Chef 🍰 Pastry / Bakery Chef Salary: ₹25,000 + Tips Perks: Stay + Meals provided Joining: Immediate preferred Preference: Candidates from Goa or open to relocation Key Responsibilities – Italian Chef Prepare authentic Italian dishes (pizza, pasta, lasagna, etc.) from scratch Ensure consistency in taste, portion, and presentation Manage prep, mise en place, and stock control Maintain kitchen hygiene and discipline Contribute to new recipe development Key Responsibilities – Pastry / Bakery Chef Bake artisan breads (focaccia, brioche, multigrain, etc.) Create pastries, cakes, tarts, and desserts from scratch Manage fermentation, proofing, and daily baking schedules Oversee mise en place and stock control Maintain hygiene, quality, and consistency Requirements Atleast 2 years of proven experience in Italian cuisine and pastry/bakery kitchens Strong foundation in fundamentals; ability to work independently Attention to detail and consistency in output Willingness to commit full-time and live on-site Based in Goa or open to relocation WhatsApp 7483164842
