Company Description MindHope is a growing online mentorship and emotional well-being platform that connects people with trained psychology mentors. We’re building a digital space where conversations heal, emotions are understood, and guidance feels personal — not robotic. If you love psychology, social media, and creativity — this role is made for you. Role Description Manage and schedule posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Create AI-generated videos, visuals, and captions that match MindHope’s calm and modern vibe. Engage with followers and handle basic DMs/queries on social media. Track post performance and suggest new content ideas to improve reach. Collaborate with the core team to make MindHope’s online presence stronger and more human. Work 3–4 hours daily, remotely, at flexible timings. Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Someone who genuinely understands or studies psychology, mental health, or human behavior. Familiarity with AI tools for video/content generation (e.g., Canva, ChatGPT, CapCut, Pika, Synthesia, etc.) Basic knowledge of social media analytics and engagement tactics. A creative, empathetic, and strategic mindset — someone who can make content that feels human . Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus). Why Join MindHope ?
