We are looking for a results-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our B2B client base and drive our growth. Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and closing deals for our diesel supply services. This is a field-intensive role that requires a proactive approach to B2B sales. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and target potential B2B clients in industries such as logistics, transportation, construction, manufacturing, and hospitality that have significant diesel requirements. Field Visits: Conduct daily field visits to meet with prospective and existing clients, understand their fueling needs, and present our company's solutions. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact and proposal creation to negotiation, contract finalization, and closing deals. Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., Procurement Managers, Fleet Managers, Operations Heads) to ensure client retention and uncover new opportunities. Achieve Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics (KPIs). Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to maintain a competitive edge. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline updates in our CRM system. Required Qualifications & Skills Experience: Proven track record of success in a B2B field sales role (1-2+ years preferred). Industry Knowledge: Experience in the petroleum, energy, logistics, or a related industrial supply sector is highly advantageous. Sales Acumen: Demonstrable ability to manage the full sales cycle and a history of achieving sales quotas. Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Negotiation: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a talent for closing deals. Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Mobility: Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are required. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
