taff is looking for Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft O365 Administrator in Latham to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. Access Control Design : Design and implement access control policies, procedures, and solutions for O365, Exchange, and Windows environments to manage user access to systems, applications, and data. Identity Management : Develop and maintain identity and access management (IAM) solutions for Microsoft technologies, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based access control. Authentication and Authorization : Configure and manage authentication mechanisms (e. g. , Azure AD, Active Directory Federation Services) and authorization rules to ensure secure access. Exchange Security : Implement security measures to protect Exchange email systems, including email filtering, anti-phishing, and secure email gateways. O365 Security : Enhance the security of Office 365 applications and services, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, by configuring policies and controls. Access Reviews : Conduct access reviews and audits to identify and remediate unauthorized access and ensure compliance with security policies and regulations. Access Governance : Establish and enforce access governance processes specific to Microsoft technologies, including policy enforcement, access certifications, and risk assessments. Integration : Integrate access control and IAM solutions with various Microsoft systems, applications, and services. Incident Response : Assist in incident response and security investigations related to unauthorized access or data breaches within the Microsoft ecosystem. Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of access control configurations, policies, and procedures for O365, Exchange, and Windows environments.
