ROLE SUMMARY -

Job Description:The role requires the candidate to:

  • Enhance Microsoft Dynamics Solutions: Support and occasionally lead the development and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Customer Service solutions.
  • Ensure Best Practices: Implement best-in-class configuration, customisation, and development standards.
  • Act as SME for Technical Solutions: Provide expertise in Power Automate flows, connectors, middleware solutions, and data warehouse integrations (ADF and related tools).
  • Act as SME for Solution Integrations: Design and manage integration data flows between Microsoft Dynamics and other platforms.
  • Support Solution Design: Provide feedback on architecture and ensure delivery of scalable, high-performance Dynamics solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Upskill Junior Team Members: Mentor and develop internal Dynamics resources to build technical capability within the team.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate and engage with Director and Executive-level stakeholders across technical and business functions.

Essential Skills

Functional Requirements:

  • Experience in system audits, requirements gathering, and process mapping
  • Ability to create functional and technical design documentation
  • Experience creating data architecture and entity relationship diagrams
  • Development of end-user acceptance testing scripts and UAT support
  • Creation of end-user training and support materials

Technical Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Sales and Customer Service processes
  • Experience in customising, configuring, and developing Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Experience building apps within D365 Sales/Customer Engagement (CE)
  • Experience customising and configuring D365 Customer Service
  • Experience building agents in Microsoft Co-Pilot Studio
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform and PowerApps development
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript and C# (desirable)
  • Microsoft Certifications (PL-900, PL-200, PL-400) preferred

General Skillset:

  • Ability to deliver technical demonstrations to stakeholders
  • Experience working across large-scale, multi-market accounts
  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills across global teams
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Desirable Skills:

  • Interest in sports or entertainment industries
  • Self-starter attitude with a passion for working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
