Job Description

Microsoft Dynamics CE Expertise Design and implement scalable solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CE's native capabilities to optimize B2B customer data management. Customize and configure Dynamics CE entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards for B2B scenarios, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Maintain a 360-degree view of customer data, leveraging Dynamics CE as the central hub for data consolidation and analysis. Enable advanced customer hierarchies, segmentation, and reporting for actionable insights. API Development and Integration (Deal-Breaker Responsibility) Core API Expertise: Design, develop, and maintain robust APIs to facilitate seamless integration between Dynamics CE and external systems, including e-commerce platforms like commerce tools, payment processors, and logistics systems. Ensure APIs are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance in high-transaction environments. API Development Tools & Standards: Use modern tools and frameworks such as Azure API Management, .NET Framework, and Azure Functions for API creation and deployment. Apply industry-standard protocols like REST, OData, SOAP, and GraphQL where applicable. API Testing and Documentation: Implement robust unit tests, integration tests, and performance tests for all APIs to ensure reliability and accuracy. Create clear and detailed API documentation, including endpoint specifications, data models, authentication methods, and usage guidelines. Third-Party Integration: Build interfaces to connect Dynamics CE with e-commerce platforms, enabling real-time synchronization of customer records, order histories, and product catalogs. Develop solutions for data transformation and migration, ensuring consistent data integrity across systems. Collaborate with architects to design event-driven integration architectures using tools like Azure Service Bus and Logic Apps. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve API performance using tools like Application Insights or Postman. Troubleshoot and resolve complex API integration issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring data accuracy. Skills & Qualifications Mandatory API Skills Proven experience in designing, building, and managing APIs for large-scale business applications. Expertise in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript to create custom workflows and API logic. Strong knowledge of data formats like JSON and XML, and authentication standards like OAuth 2.0, SAML, and JWT. Familiarity with Azure Integration Services and tools like Azure API Management, Service Bus, and Data Factory. Hands-on experience in building and managing event-driven architecture for integration scenarios. General Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CE features, including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules. Experience in integrating Dynamics CE with Power Platform tools like Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as commerce tools and their data workflows. Preferred Skills Familiarity with Safe Agile methodologies, including participation in PI planning and sprint ceremonies. Strong grasp of DevOps practices, including version control with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
