You will be joining a team that is dedicated to building enterprise-grade Copilot Studio agents and Power Platform automation. Your role will involve leading the end-to-end design, prototyping, and production delivery of AI-driven workflows, custom connectors, and conversational agents. It will be crucial for you to embed security, governance, and Responsible AI practices in all the solutions you deliver. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the design and development of Copilot Studio agents and Power Platform solutions, including Canvas/Model-driven apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. - Build custom connectors, actions, and REST API integrations. Implement RAG and configure Semantic Index for context enrichment. - Develop AI Builder models and manage the model lifecycle, including data preparation, labeling, training, evaluation, and retraining. - Apply ALM/DevOps for Power Platform deployments, including managing environments, pipelines, packaging, and versioning. - Design conversational flows, prompts, and user experience (adaptive cards). Optimize agent performance and drive user adoption. - Ensure security, compliance, and Responsible AI governance across solutions. Produce architecture documents and runbooks. - Collaborate with stakeholders, mentor engineers, and lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) to production. **Qualifications Required:** - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and creating production agents. - Deep expertise in Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and custom connectors. - Proven experience with integration via REST APIs, Azure Functions, or Logic Apps. - Familiarity with AI Builder, LLM concepts, prompt engineering, and agentic AI patterns. - Knowledge of Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI / Azure AI) and cloud design patterns. - Experience with ALM/DevOps for Power Platform solutions. - Strong understanding of advanced AI concepts such as multi-agent workflows, reasoning and decision engines, and autonomous agent design. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with business users. The above qualifications are a must to excel in this role. Additionally, the following skills and experiences would be considered beneficial: - Python integration with Copilot Studio, M365 Agents SDK, or Autogen experience. - Proficiency in .NET, C#, or JavaScript for custom connectors and UI customization. - Knowledge of SQL Server / Azure SQL design and tuning, along with Power BI experience. - Relevant Microsoft certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, AI-102, etc.). - Certification in Power Platform or Azure AI (PL-200 / AI-102 or similar). - Experience with RPA tools, consulting/client-facing roles, AI safety testing, or enterprise compliance.,
